You can call our office to update your address over the phone only if it is an address change within Bay County. You may also provide the change in writing and a new card will be sent to you. If you are changing your address from another Florida county you must use the Florida Voter Registration Application in our office at 830 West 11th Street, Panama City, FL 32401.

If you are a registered voter in Bay County and your name has changed or you would like to change your party affiliation, you must use the Florida Voter Registration Application or your request cannot be processed. You can also use the online voter registration application form linked below to request any of these changes.

- Mail back the completed and signed form to Bay County Election Center, 830 West 11th Street, Panama City, FL, 32401, to register to vote in Bay County.
PLEASE NOTE that you cannot initially register to vote or change your party affiliation within 29 days of an election, while the books are closed.
